Instapak Quick® RT Heavy-Duty Foam Bags deliver room-temperature foam-in-place cushioning without a preheating or warming unit. The RT formulation activates at ambient temperatures between 65°F and 90°F — knead the bag to trigger the chemical reaction, position it around the product, and the foam expands and conforms to the item's shape. All chemicals are fully self-contained within the bag, so there is no equipment to set up and no cleanup required after use.
The Heavy-Duty designation makes these bags well-suited for protecting dense or high-value items in the 40 to 80 lb. range. Typical applications include industrial components, electronics, medical devices, and other fragile or heavy goods moving through distribution centers, contract packaging operations, and remote or decentralized packing stations where dedicated foam equipment is impractical.
Each bag measures 22 x 20" and weighs approximately 16.28 lbs. Cases contain 24 bags and ship via parcel carrier, supporting flexible stocking without large-format delivery constraints.
